In Indian tradition, the nazar - the evil eye - is both a ward and a gaze. It sees everything. The Drishti is built around that symbol. On a deep black structured base, a large evil eye is hand-beaded in white, pale blue and rose - lashes rendered in fine bead chains that hang below the iris. Flanking it, two hand-stitched star motifs in seed bead work. Scattered across the surface: teardrop shapes in gold, teal and rose, and circular mirror sequins that catch light from every angle. The base fabric has a subtle woven texture. Black cotton tassel fringe runs the hem. Structured double handles in black. This is the bag you carry when you want to feel like nothing can touch you.

The teardrop bead colour distribution and sequin placement vary between pieces - some lean cooler with more teal, others warmer with more rose and gold. The evil eye centrepiece stays consistent in form; the surrounding constellation of details shifts with each maker's hand.
